If ever I’m in need of a bit of cinematic escapism, I’ll watch The Grand Budapest Hotel (or The Shining if I’m feeling edgy). Even after the 837th time watching it, I easily become so consumed by the colours, costumes, characters and story line (in that order) I actually start feeling as though I’m in the film.
These mesmerizing Gifs did the rounds a while ago, but I’d forgotten about them and just stumbled back over them and thought now was as good a time as any to revisit them all over again.
