Every year Santa Claus gifts me a wall and desk calendar. Somehow he knows exactly the type of thing I enjoy. For 2018, he chose the Vintage Paris one of these and the Curiosities one of these. This year, I’m hoping he thinks I’ve been good enough for one of these, I think you’ll love too. I’ve been swamped tying up loose ends after writing and promoting my new and first-ever guidebook, Secret Brighton, this will probably be my last post of the year. So I leave you with these.
The World Traveller Calendar by Rifle Paper, £26
It’s beautifully illustrated to show different methods of transport around the world. I love the colourful Mexican canal bots for May and the Darjeeling railway scene for September.
It’s sold out on the Rifle Paper website, but I found it for sale here for £26.
Vintage World Maps Calendar by Rifle Paper, £16
I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to maps. I love staring at them and imagining new and exciting adventures, which is why I love this perfectly sized little flip-over calendar. Not only would it look good on your desk, it would act as a heart-warming reminder to book a trip and visit new places!
This is also sold out on the Rifle Paper website, but I found it for sale here.
See you in 2019!
