Time Out has an amazing slideshow of an incredible hanging flower art installation – The Iris – at the NOW Gallery in Greenwich, London.
It’s made out of 10,000 irises suspended on copper wire from the ceiling of a gallery, that appear to float and cocoon people as they walk through them.
‘The blooms will waft gently from the ceiling for two months,’ says Time Out. ‘During this time each flower will be left to dry out, so their shapes gradually dry and transform.’
The show runs until 7 May.
Psst. More cool art exhibitions: Infinity mirrored rooms and giant pumpkins and an abandoned LA home in London.
